\"\"<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>I hope you have all enjoyed a good summer, or are still enjoying it, wherever you are or have been.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are now gearing up to the second half of our tasting year with our September tasting which is on the 21st<\/sup>\u00a0<\/sup>at\u00a0La Senia in Denia.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>We have invited bodegas Vinyes del Terrer from Tarragona to present a tasting.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>We visited this bodega on the last trip but their wines were so good and the father and son such great characters I wanted to have them back.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As we will have had a break of three months since our last meeting, I thought I might remind you of the few rules we have in place just to make it easier for everyone to have a great evening. There are a few little changes so may I ask you just to read them through again to make sure you are clear. Thank you.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Reservations and choice of main course please to: Penny Floodgate Tel: 965794996 or email\u00a0pennyfloodgate@gmail.com<\/a><\/span>.\u00a0Reservations must be received no later than the deadline 12.00 noon on\u00a0Frida<\/strong>y 15<\/strong>th<\/sup><\/strong>\u00a0September<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. When you book Penny will ALWAYS confirm back to you. If you haven\u2019t had a confirmation, we don\u2019t have your booking! Please contact Penny again.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. If a tasting is open to guests Penny must be advised of their menu choices at the time of making a request for places. You will be advised after the deadline for bookings if there is sufficient space for us to welcome your guests.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Doors will open at 19.30 and welcome drinks will\u00a0not\u00a0<\/strong>be available before that time. Please do not arrive before then to allow the committee time to arrange the tables etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Table numbers are always allocated by a draw from the bag. Arriving early will not influence your table number!<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. As we now collect the money at the tables it would be helpful if you bring the correct amount.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. If you need to cancel after the Friday deadline you should contact Penny direct. Please DO NOT contact the venue.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Sorry \u2013 but if you have to cancel after the deadline or don\u2019t turn up you will still have to pay.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Whilst there are rooms available at La Senia, the Hostal Loreto (966 435 419) round the corner have offered a 10% discount to CBWS members.<\/span><\/p>\n
