He then carried out the necessary renovations to turn it into a shining example of what can be achieved in Alicante in the field of agricultural production and innovation. The farm, which covers over 3,500 hectares &#8211; 250 of vines and 350 of olive groves \u2013 is today a modern industrial concern which is performing the same work it did a thousand years ago. Tradition and Revolution go hand in hand. They are the two sides of the same coin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Their theme of \u201cTradition and Revolution\u201d demonstrates the great wines that are coming out of this DO.\u00a0\u00a0 The cost of each wine and where it can be purchased and average score given by members is shown in the list of wines tasted in 2019, which can be found by clicking on\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cbws.eu\/archive\/wines-tasted-in-2018-2\/\">\u201cWines tasted in 2019\u201d.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The first wine was <strong>Fruto Noble Blanco 2017,\u00a0<\/strong>an ecological wine which was 100% Sauvignon Blanc.\u00a0 It is a fresh, young white wine, which exhibits an attractive bright, clean, greenish-yellow colour. It has very complex aromas on the nose with tropical fruit coming to the fore and freshly cut grass scent.\u00a0\u00a0 It is structured, round and long and deliciously flavoursome and powerful on the palate with a touch of acidity that brings lovely freshness in the finish. It has an Alcohol by Volume (ABV) of 13% and scores 88 points in the Gu\u00eda Pe\u00f1\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The second wine was <strong>Fruto Noble Rosado 2017<\/strong> a blend of Monastrell and Syrah. It has an attractive raspberry pink colour, is clean and bright with predominant aromas of ripe red fruit with notes of violets.\u00a0\u00a0 The palate is sweet and fresh, with good acidity and good after taste.\u00a0\u00a0 Harvested in 2017, the Gu\u00eda Pe\u00f1\u00edn gives it 88 points.\u00a0\u00a0 It has an ABV of 13%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wine number three was the first tinto a <strong>Fruto Noble Barrica Organic 2017, <\/strong>a blend of<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6544\" style=\"width: 235px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbws.eu\/archive\/21-february-restaurant-amanecer-javea\/dav-23\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6544\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6544\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6544\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cbws.eu\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_20190221_220854-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.cbws.eu\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_20190221_220854-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/www.cbws.eu\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_20190221_220854-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.cbws.eu\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_20190221_220854-400x533.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-6544\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Andrew Johnson gives the vote of thanks<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monastrell and Syrah, which had spent four months in French Oak.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is high to mid depth in colour with vivid ruby hues.\u00a0 \u00a0Aniseed aromas appear with the ripe fruit fragrances, toffee and vanilla notes. It is sweet and pleasant in the mouth. \u00a0\u00a0This wine is certified by the European Vegetarian Union as suitable for vegetarians.\u00a0 It has an ABV of 13.5%<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The fourth wine was <strong>Boca Negra 2017\u00a0<\/strong>a blend of Petit Verdot and Syrah with an intense cherry<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">red colour; with violet tones and shades.\u00a0 \u00a0With a high and covered layer, it is clean and bright. Presents a nose of great intensity; finding aromas of ripe red fruit that are linked with spicy and balsamic notes.\u00a0\u00a0 Tasty and intense, in the mouth it is powerful; ripe tannins appear which causes this wine to have a great final persistence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The final wine was also a tinto, <strong>Francisco Gomez Serrata Selecci\u00f3n Especial 2011<\/strong>. This wine was a Crianza which had spent 18 months in new French Oak barrels.\u00a0\u00a0 The wine is a blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot Cabernet Sauvignon and Monastrell.\u00a0\u00a0 Ruby in colour, it is clean and bright and on the nose it presents a great complexity and elegance; with toasted background, wet earth and smoke. Its spicy and mineral aromas stand out in aftertaste. The palate is fleshy and powerful with sweet tannins.\u00a0\u00a0 It scores 90 points in the Gu\u00eda Pe\u00f1\u00edn and has an ABV of 15% of\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
