September Tasting
I was pleased to welcome 43 members and 6 guests to the first tasting after the summer break which was held at Restaurante La Senia. It was my pleasure to introduce Joan Morell the owner of Bodega Vinyes del Terrer and his son Eduard who presented the wines from their bodega Vinyes del Terrer. October Tasting
The October tasting will be on the 19th October at Restaurant Abiss in Calpe. Caryl and Gordon Sellars will be presenting the ever popular “Whose Wine is it Anyway?” This is a members only meeting and spaces are limited at this popular venue
Anyone wishing to stay overnight at the hotel Sol y Mar can obtain a 20% discount on the room rate by typing in WINESOCIETY (all caps, no gap) in the promotional box when booking online.
Please remember that the booking deadline is now the FRIDAY before the tasting. If you have to cancel after the deadline you will still have to pay! Reservations must be received no later than the deadline 12.00 noon on Friday 13th October.
